Melanie started practicing real estate in the Meredith Area.  She is an experienced agent with a background in banking.  Prior to becoming a real estate agent Mrs. Benton spent 25 years in banking in the Meredith Area.  Currently, Melanie is dividing her time between Old Mill Properties and her work in the clerical field.

A native of Meredith, Melanie has lived in New Hampton for the past 30 years where she and her husband Stuart raised their family.  With her deep ties to the community, she is enthusiastic about everything that the Lakes Region and Newfound Areas have to offer and is excited to share her knowledge and experience of the area to help customers achieve their real estate goals.

Volunteering in the community has been an important part of Melanie's life. She has been active in the local Belknap County 4-H (local farm group) and the Lake Winnipesaukee Historical Society.  In her spare time Melanie enjoys outdoor activities including:  gardening, farming and fishing and boating on the local lakes and ponds with her husband.

Melanie is excited about her move and looks forward to assisting you with your real estate needs. Old Mill Properties has been in the same location on Route 3A across from the Bike Path Bridge in Bristol since 1979.
