Cats also allowed with references to them not damaging the past rentals, references(but outdoor cats will likely be in danger as wildlife along the river is dangerous- and landlord is not responsible for other dogs within the neighborhood - so outdoor cats at your own risk) Other units in the complex, tenants are going on multi years leases here as it is a great place to live at: convenient location, reasonable priced, quiet and people that live there have been respectful of their neighbors. And great outdoor space to enjoy- long peaceful walking path along the Mad River (where you can swim in the summer too) all on the property where rental is located outside locations. All of tenants to date are adults, as owner had an issue with the town in which he had to and still wishes to inform tenants before the commit to renting about, to make informed decision.
